Clear boundaries
Updating opening hours, changing a price, replacing an image, adding a testimonial, updating contact details or making a small change to existing copy.
New pages, substantial new service content, major layout changes, new functionality, complex forms, integrations, redesigns or automation workflows.
If a request falls outside the plan, I’ll explain that before carrying out any chargeable work.
Hosting
For websites I manage, hosting is included within Website Care. I use the environment that best suits the project rather than forcing every website onto the same platform.
I recommend that your domain stays registered in your name. Business email services such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 are normally paid directly by you.
New websites
New website builds include the first 12 months of essential hosting and technical protection. Website Care is the optional layer for ongoing human support, content changes and active management.

No. If you are comfortable managing the website yourself, you do not have to take a managed plan.
Potentially, yes. I’ll review the website and hosting first to make sure it is something I can responsibly support.
No. Both plans are intended for reasonable ongoing changes. Larger additions, new pages or new functionality are quoted separately.
Yes, subject to the agreed notice period in the service terms.
I can help with domain and DNS setup, but I recommend the domain remains registered in the client’s name wherever possible.
